Ok Plant nominated

OK Plant specialises in growing the little Kolibri Phalaenopsis and various seasonal products such as Campanula, Primula, Aster and Cyclamen. Since 1990, Rob and Désirée Olsthoorn have been the proud owners of this growing, ultra-modern potted plant company. These entrepreneurs are constantly working on innovations in growing, marketing and social provisions. Their main focus is customer service, after all: a deal is a deal.

The jury explains: ‘Passion, ambition and creativity are what characterise these Westland entrepreneurs. By growing an innovative Phalaenopsis and their year-round programme of seasonal products, they have made clear choices, and these are enabling the entrepreneurs to accelerate. OK Plant’s commitment to society is particularly unique’.
